SWMS which stands for Safe Work Method Statement is a PDF document generating app developed for The Kraftsmen Property Maintenance company. SWMS template allows to: -list the types of high risk construction work being done -state the health and safety hazards and risks arising from that work -describe how the risks will be controlled, and -describe how the risk control measures will be put in place -take a picture of of the hazards -geo tag each SWMS with location -sign and email generated SMWSs -take Kraftsmen's induction test -fill out Kraftsmen contractors details and as well details of subcontracts One SWMS can be prepared to cover a variety of tasks, taking into account the changing nature of the work environment. Alternatively, a separate custom hazard item can be prepared for each type of high risk work. ------------------ Steps to generate SWMS: 1. Fill out "Profile" Tab with your company details 1.1 Add details with of you company "Employees" or contractors (need to attache image of ID and img of OHS card and sign) 2. Each employee added in "Profile" need to take Kraftsmen Induction Quiz 3. Create new SMWS 4. Add employees who will be working on site 5. Enter your name 6.
